A Guide: Toronto Jazz Fest 2012

June 22, 2012 · Festivals, Music, Toronto

Take the momentum you built during NXNE weekend and run with it, because the Toronto Jazz Fest is about to descend upon the city. Although your best bet is usually to roam from venue to venue and catch as many artists as possible, we have put together a list of shows we recommend hitting, from favorites like Snarky Puppy to Toronto’s Funky Chicken Salad. There are tons of outdoor concerts and free and cheap shows all week, including many by donation or pay what you can. Here are our recommendations so far, and we are looking forward to some surprises as well.
